Frogditch Farm showcases English Brothers’ Oak Hybrid approach – pairing a high-performance timber frame (or SIP structure) with oak detailing to create a home that looks traditional but performs to modern eco standards.

This method gives the feel of an oak-framed farmhouse, with exposed beams or oak features, while retaining the precision, energy efficiency, and buildability of modern structural systems. It’s the best of both worlds – traditional aesthetics and high-performance construction.

Our team managed the oak hybrid package end-to-end – manufacturing and delivering the frame and oak elements from our Norfolk workshop, ensuring accurate fit, airtight assembly, and smooth on-site build flow.

Generous glazing, vaulted volumes (where included), and natural finishes ensure that Frogditch Farm feels both rooted and refined. The oak accents – whether in structural posts, trusses, or external decoration – provide character and continuity with vernacular form.
