The clue is in the title: your project is bespoke, and we’ll provide a bespoke service to help you build your dream home.
We offer a range of service ’packages’, namely:
- Supply and erect
- Groundworks, supply and erect
- Groundworks, supply, erect and temporary watertight package
- Groundworks, supply, erect, complete watertight package (outer cladding, roofing and window and door installation)
- Full build
- Project management
As we’ll only work with trades that we know and trust this service is currently limited to the East of England but we are planning to roll out this service nationwide over a relatively short period of time.

You need to know…
When we manage your build for you, you are still an intrinsic part of the process. You call the shots, and between us we’ll develop a succinct build specification and programme that works with your budget. We’re not like most general builders that have a set process and materials list in mind; everything we do can be completely bespoke to you and usually this is what we expect from the very beginning.
