Your home will need to comply with Building Regulations, and we can prepare the Building Regulations Application for you if you wish. Even if you used your own architect, we can still provide the Building Regulations Application for you.

We are always on top of the latest changes to the regulations and enjoy a superb relationship with Fenland District Council (our ‘local’ Local Authority). In fact, when we apply for Building Regulations approval we always submit the application to Fenland District Council – regardless of where your home will be built. It’s called a ‘Partnership Scheme’ and it works really well for us – we know them, they know us and more importantly they know our frames.

Building Regulations applications can take between four and six weeks before they are approved. Sometimes, they will be approved with conditions – just like planning applications.
