Don’t worry. This doesn’t involve mixing buckets of hemp and lime together with some water and throwing it at your timber frame.
Having said that, the principle is pretty similar: you take some hemp, some lime and some water, mix it all together but instead of throwing it at your specially-designed timber frame specialist contractors ‘cast’ it around the frame to produce a solid external wall.
This product is a superb method of construction offering thermal mass (but without concrete!) and genuine eco credentials.
